Forum Moderators at the Bottom

Can anyone direct me to the template for the forum moderators to be at the bottom, or is it just for this board? Because I've seen in on another board.

For it to work in forumdisplay, that would need a hack. Ask over at vBulletin.org.

I didn't request it, but someone else did wanting what I wanted. They said theres a so called 'exact thing' here, I'm not sure what to say, cause I requested it too, no answer after a day. Perhaps I'm being impatient?
