View Full Version : [VB3] Tips on banna image in the header???
Hey guys. I've been playing with vb 2.28 for about a week, and now upgraded to VB3 Beta4. So, im kinda a n00b.
I was wondering the best way to get most out of my banna image at the top of my forums. I want it centered, and to be well viewable in both 1024-768 AND 800-600. I also want it full screen....so it doesn't have a border.
Can someone tell me their best tricks and tips for banna images at the top of forums?

A screenshot of this 'banana image' would help on your forum.
Please also only post tips in this forum, asking for tips is considered support so moving..

Where do you want this banana image?
i want it to be right in the top left of the screen. so that the line comes straight from the left hand side.

I think he means Banner, not Banna or Bannana. heh
XD! Sorry, read that very wrong. :p
You're not giving enough infomation, try using a screenshot pointing to where you want it. Also, the header template.

I somehow doubt it. Seems another person thought "banna" was banana. heh
Magik: For future refernce, the word you are looking for is BANNER, not BANNA.
And I have no idea what you are actually trying to do, so I can't really help you yet...
ok. Let me try again........
I am trying to get this image [ http://www.indeathwefall.co.uk/forums/images/vBulletin_logo.gif ] as far on the left hand side as possiable...so you see the banner on the top of here, its right up against the left hand side with no border, i want that! :) how can i go about that?
ALSO...the banner on here spans 100% of my screen, how can i get an image to do this on both browsers? is it just simple html of 100% ? if yes, is there a decent size i should use to make my banner image?
So many questions.........
