i cant figure out how to install one, ontop of that i didnt find any threads saying how to

you tried looking on your ftp haven't you ?
if not look in your forums folder for the cp.css file and then simply edit that to match your board.

With the downloaded cp.css, go into your /forums directory and overwrite the cp.css in the folder with the downloaded one that you have.
