pesky backgrounds

need two things, how to set a "page" background

and in the styles for table header, i inputted what u put in vb2 but its not working, i.e.

#FFFFFF" background="images/styles/mac/innerbg.gif

and

#F1F1F1" background="images/styles/mac/titlebar.gif

Use that mod, and replace where you put it for doing a background for other places like a page bg.

i got the catbg working but the page bg doesnt want to cooperate here, grrr, any suggestions?

and what documents are u referring to did i miss them?, im just doing this freehand atm with a large bottle of advil

Hmm, maybe that code only works with the categories? I'm not too sure...

well i put this in the extra css bit on the body tag

background-image: url(http://www.talkshopforums.co.uk/test/testvb/images/table_bg/mainbg.gif);


and it worked for me hope it helps :)
