upload them to where the smilies are or if you are using vb3 i think they have an upload thing

Not really a template question, more so, an admin CP question; regardless, find the upload smilies or icons section in the ACP and go from there. Uploading is easy and done with a few clicks.

Well, it was originally in Graphical Additions so had to move it somewhere. ;)
