Sephiroth's Header Modification help...

Ok I added his header modification, http://www.vbulletintemplates.com/mods/showthread.php?threadid=1588&highlight=header+modification

All is well, except now my footer is not aligned!

Does this happen on all pages or just showthread?

It's only happening on pages for threads, so no just showthread. At least that I have found so far...
