pixel thickness

I am playing about with another style,and have played a lot in my showthread which is almost done aprt from one thing I cannot for the life of me find where the pixel width for the attached pic,the red arrow being the pixel thickness I mean,if someone could kindly point me in the right direction I would appreciate it thanks in advance.
