I have absolutly no clue how to change the background so that it works in ALL resolutions instead of just 1280 by 1024 o.o? it's really annoying >.< and i really want to fix it.

Try messing with your vb styles in your admin cp. If not go bare HTML.

<TABLE WIDTH=810 BORDER=0 CELLPADDING=0 CELLSPACING=0 style="border-collapse: collapse" bordercolor="#111111">
<TR>
<TD COLSPAN=16 width="810">
<IMG SRC="style/images/header_01.gif" WIDTH=778 HEIGHT=15 ALT=""></TD>

Note your dimensions are 810px change to 100% to keep w/ in the page.
