...I dunno why, but when i put a few mods on, the CSS doesnt work. Like when i change someone in it, it does nothing. Like the size of the text in the textboxes, or the textbox color. Also the hover link doesnt work either. I dunno if anyone could help, but please help me!!

CSS, not CCS. Cascading Style Sheet.

Did you remove $headinclude from the header template or something?

$headerinclude isent used in the header template AFAIK, nor is it present in the headertemplate of any of my styles. try this.

On the template sets its not working on search the main templates and find $header. Below it add $headerinclude. You can test it with the forumhome template and see if it works. If all else fails backup your headerinclude template and revert it.

Have you hacked your board with any php modifications?

Also, why are you running such a outdated version?. There are many security bugs in 2.2.6

Yea i know, im gonna upgrade to v2.2.9 soon. But when i do, do i have to redo all of the hacks? Or do i just have to redo my PHP hacks, like stuff in the FTP?

Any modifications to the database will remain after upgrade. All php files will need to be rehacked. or you can use beyound comapre to find the file changes. not recomended if you are a newbie to hacking software.

Depending on you of course, it could take you a while to get used to a comparing program. I got used to it easy, but it depends from person to person.

Then what do you mean "hacking software?"

Tony G

Beyond Compare is not hacking software. It's a program that compares two files and you can add/take changes that appear in both files.

I think he called it that when he read my post:

or you can use beyound comapre to find the file changes. not recomended if you are a newbie to hacking software.

When i said 'hacking software'. I ment modifiying the files that come with a software package. be it vBulletin or your OS.

Judging from the amount of hacks you have installed just on index.php i doupt that. You would have had to re hack or use a compare program to do that. The version number has changed in your acp but thats easy to get around if you know the database schema or found the file that would have allowed you to change it. it is impossiple to upgrade without losing hacks if you do not use a compare program. And it is impossiple to upgrade and keep hacks without doing anything.

The template stuff will remain, but thats it. If you overide your files it will rid of the code you added to make these mods work.
