Help With Template edit

this one, i added it, and it doesnt go around the footers too.... and it doesnt go around the posts....

heres the screenshot of the banner, and how the outline doesnt go around the posts

Is there any outside border at all? I don't see one in that screenshot.

well i fixed it, but now the border doesnt show
