How do i point the name in the post bit to the persons profile?

look for this

<normalfont><b>$post[username]</b></normalfont><br>

and change it to

<a href="member.php?s=$session[sessionhash]&action=getinfo&userid=$post[userid]" target="_blank"><normalfont><b>$post[username]</b></normalfont></a><br>
