profile field a no show

i am trying to set up the member list to show msn sns, i set up their sn to be filed5 but when i look at the member list i get nothing, i tried other fields and they all work, i just have no idea

and when/if i get that to work i will post the mods

I am almost sure $profile[field#] will not work on memberlist - postbit only.

no it works with field6,7,8 just not 5

Ah, I see. Stupid question but is profile field 5 filled in?

in your case they will make an exception, that is the first thing i did when i set it up and re did it

That's similar but uses ICQ/MSN/Yahoo. You can just edit similar code so it works with MSN too.

i think getinfo[field5] but i really cant remeber now, and my site is down. but other profiles did show their content

$userinfo[field5], just tested it and it works, see screenshot (the blacktext under search buttons.

and i would show you the screen, but i was trying to install mod_perl on apache so i can do .asp and .aspx, but it messed up the config file so i have to go over it and re set it
