There is no rating box on forumdisplay... you need a thread in order to rate it, so you must be thinking of showthread.

In that case, it's showthread_threadrate or showthread_ratethread (haven't modified one in a while, so I'm not entirely sure).

Unless you're thinking of the spot where the Stars show up... in which case, do what Tony suggested.
