not sure if this is a template thingie but gonna ask anyway :)

I upped a bunch of avatars from bbaddons.com to root/images/avatars/ but I have no idea how to make 'm show in the avatar selecting screen.. plz help:)

Log into your admin cp and choose add avatars on the lft hand side.

thats how you do it dude, dont think there is an easy way to add 600 + avatars

well did it finally:p not really ez to select 6 avs each time submit and klick the right page again.. glad thats over..:D

Yeah something like a check page and a "check all" option. Something like that or "Add all avatars in the avatar directory"

Like the smilies addition page is currently... but I've never installed avatars before, so I'm not entirely sure what I'm talking about (nor am I ever ;).

I haven't either, since any avatars I find don't really have a link to the concept of my forum.

i have the avatar catigorys hack installed, it comes with a check all box, saves alot of time.
