Nice job. Colors are easy on the eyes. Index looks good. I like the button set up in the header. Now you should get custom postbit. They can do wonders. ;)

There is no "hack" section on vBT. Only template modifcations. Please send all hacks and hack requests to vBulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org)

Overall, it is not bad, but a little plain if you ask me. I would try to spruce things up a little more (graphics-wise).
