Here is my post bit im working on. Im releasing this but u need help.

I can't seem to add Box frames on the side like this guys

Have a good look at all the other postbits posted here. You might want to use <tr><td> for every 'row' of your postbit. I mean: one box for membernumber, one box for posts (+ per day) etc etc.
The way you have your postbit setup now is all info in one big <td>
