Dropdown Menu Selection Help!

why cant me (admin) choose a glow hack? it has no effect.

In addition, how can I get a dropdown menu to choose a color. Right now its a text box and you have to input a color. Is there an addon for this or..?

dunno bout the colour thing there

But the glow could be browser related
Whenever i pick a glow it says it's only supported in Internet Explorer

So if you use Opera or Firefox as a browser it wouldn't work
