Well, it's correct if the rollover.js is located in your /image_dir/misc/ folder, however i would suggest changing the tags to be more compliant:

<script src="$stylevar[imgdir_misc]/rollovers.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

yes, I am trying to validate because things are not showing up correctly in mozilla...
