vBadvanced CMPS Problem

I have installed the vBadvanced CMPS Hack on Vbulletin. But there seems to be a small problem on the view of the Portal. Can anywone help me to fix the problem? I have follow the Manual

You need to go into the admin panel and designate a forum for your news. That will give you the basic portal that most people use
