Hi I am trying to learn PHP and I cannot learn things the regular way by reading out of a book. Someone has to be teaching it to me... like telling me what to write and then tells me what that function or code w/e does and stuff like that.

A while back I found a couple of videos that have taught me a little bit... most of it was mainly review or just some stuff that is a no brainer. But I want to learn more... not just stuff that scratches the surface of PHP...

If you could can you please provide me with a link or two that would be great...

PS - Just to give you an idea as to where I am at I know how to:

Create simple text forms that interact with a database.
Mak simple functions
Barely any class (oop) knowledge
Some knowledge of Sessions and Cookies
and.... thats about it....

I find it best to learn through application. Find something that you want to do and is just slightly out of your skill area, and learn how to do it, asking questions along the way.
