new posts/threads not being regonized

my server just rebooted and every new post goes above the post that was posted first...

and threads arent being bumped when posted in.

Yes this is 100% the server clock setting that is wrong.

What time/date is shown on new posts, and why did the server reboot?

i dont know why the server rebooted... i never got told about this from my host or anything .. reall unporfessional! 1 of the reason im switchin servers.

the server clock went back 4 hours ! when it rebooted... everything is back to normal now!
