Can someone show me how to get the total points (ucash pts) out to the Forumhome page ????

$bbuserinfo[ucs_points]
Assuming that the field that you are using for the Points in your user table of your database (I use a custom one and can't remember the default ucash one at the moment), putting the above wherever you want will display the number of points that the person viewing the page has.
I have it in my navbar, with a bit of a conditional to only show it to members (because guests don't have Points).

One more thing ... do you guy noticed that user still gain points even if his post(s) has deleted by Mod, supmod or Admin .. ? I wonder if anywhere in the ACP that I can set this .

As for your other question...there is a field in the AdminCP - User Management (Search for User - Edit User) for Points.
You could try setting that to a large negative number. At the moment, there's no default way of stopping a member fom gaining points.
