Hi,

I've been using my forums for a while now, without any problems. I have a few hacks installed (vbCMS, uShop, Arcade, and cing's Article hack). The problem is with accessing the CMS index page. Banned members get the error when attempting to access the CMS index, but not the /forums/ index.

I can't seem to break down the cause for the problem, which is why I'm hoping some of you can help me understand the sytax error in the SQL debug description. So, here's the code:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT
IF(votenum >= 20, votenum, 0) AS votenum, IF(votenum >= 20 AND votenum != 0, votetotal / votenum, 0) AS voteavg,
thread.threadid, thread.title, thread.replycount, postusername, postuserid, thread.dateline AS postdateline, IF(views <= thread.replycount, thread.replycount+1, views) AS views, thread.lastposter, thread.lastpost, pollid
, thread.iconid AS threadiconid, iconpath AS threadiconpath
,thread.forumid, forum.title AS forumtitle

FROM vb3_thread as thread
LEFT JOIN vb3_icon USING (iconid)
LEFT JOIN vb3_forum AS forum ON (thread.forumid = forum.forumid)

LEFT JOIN vb3_deletionlog AS deletionlog ON (thread.threadid = deletionlog.primaryid AND type = 'thread')

WHERE open <> '10' AND thread.visible = 1 AND thread.forumid NOT IN(3,8,25,9,16,27,11,28,26,10,22,15,23,29,4,12,13, 5,14,17,15,17,23) Array AND deletionlog.primaryid IS NULL
ORDER BY lastpost DESC
LIMIT 6

mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Array AND deletionlog.primaryid IS NULL
ORDER BY lastpost D

Any help is appreciated, and let me know if you need anymore information.

Thanks alot!

The error is the Array in this part:

WHERE open <> '10' AND thread.visible = 1 AND thread.forumid NOT IN(3,8,25,9,16,27,11,28,26,10,22,15,23,29,4,12,13, 5,14,17,15,17,23) Array AND deletionlog.primaryid IS NULL

Might want to post your issue at the vbAdvanced (http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=23) site.

Okay cing. Thank you :) I made a post over there, we'll see what happens.

I'm guessing it isn't a bug, but just my stupidity/lack of care when modifying things. Either way, I appreciate it! :squareeyed:
