Can't get this banner to show up correctly

Okay I have an animated gif. I want to use this as a banner. But it doesn't show up as animated. Just basic non-movement. How can I change this? Thanks

Did you create it yourself?

Make sure you export it from your design program correctly

no i got it to work finally. I had to restart everything. It was wierd but now works. Thanks
