I'm getting this error.... Warning: Constants may only evaluate to scalar values in /includes/init.php on line 805
Any ideas?

Probably you edited the bitfield usergroup permissions fields. Only numerical values are allowed there.
Check your edits.

Thanks buddy, I'll have my admin upgrade Zend and see if it works. I actually did search, I must have missed that one. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!
Actually..
wouldn't I get this error from the very beginning? Vbulletin worked fine for about a week and then it started giving me that error.

Could it be that your host upgraded php?

If he did upgrade php, he should have also upgraded Zend engine. Otherwise you will get this error...
