My phpinfo: refer to attached doc.

My server specs:

P4 3.0GHZ 'E' HT
2 x 160 SATA 7200rpm 8MB Cache/ RAID 1
3ware Escalade 2 port hardware raid 1 controller.
2 x 1GB PC400 DDR RAM.
RHEL3 ES V.3

Using it as dedicated server for my site. www.singaporebikes.com
there are a small handful of sites residing in it but relatively small in size and doesn't cost much load.

Currently running IPB1.31final and my database is 1.6GB with 3344517 records. Post table is 1.4GB with 1569256 records.

After i import everything except attachments over to vb3, my database is 0.9GB with 4664609 records. Post table is 642.8MB with 1533447 records.

Please refer to the attached my_cnf.doc for my mysql configuration.

Only installed vbadvanced CMPS portal.
No hacks done.
Template using power blue template.
done some modifications to place banners using phpadsnew via javascript remote invocation.
view it here at http://www.singaporebikes.com/forum_vb3/index.php (ignore the images not loading as i merely renamed the folder)

Once the site goes live, concurrent users around 150+ members and via SSH, mysqladmin status showed the queries clogging to 50+ queries and flunctuating to 100+queries and back & fro. Site is extremely slow at this stage.

A view of the TOP command via ssh showed a healthy load and mem is adequate, no swap used yet. Static pages load up fairly quick. Only SQL dependant pages are clogging up.

Any help on this please? Thanks in advance.

Run your site in debug mode ($debug = 1; in your config.php) and check the query stats on each page.
