My first frontpage fully coded and designed from scratch.

Not bad, is it dynamic or static? I'd think that updates would get annoying after a while if static.

screen shot of what it is supposed to look like on your browser would be nice ^^.

*is wondering if header is supposed to lineup with sidebars or not*

dynamic meaning does it update automatically or do you have to continually update the news portion HTML constantly

Looks the same is IE as FF to me.

I think the black is too overpowering with the rest of your color scheme.

Looks the same is IE as FF to me.

i use Safari, and FF for Mac is different than FF for windows

Looks messed up in firefox. The forum skin looks messed as well.

i run it with him

both forum and frontpage work fine in IE and FF and looks exactly the same in both for me lol

yeah i said to him we should work on aligning the the side tables with the table at the top
