The warning system is working great except for 1 small problem. If I issue a warning from inside the forums there are no errors. If I issue a warning from the AdminCP, I get the following error:
Not Found

The requested URL /admincp/user.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Do you know how I can fix this error? I look forward to your response.

I assume that you are doing the followings:

Enter your AdminCP and Open the Warning System Menu, then select Warn a User. Right?

Maybe your admincp is somewhere else than the suggested location? It looks as if the path to the file user.php in admincp directory cannot be found. Since you are running the AdminCP already to see the Warning System Menu, maybe it is located in a non-standard location? Still it should find it, because all I call from there, (after you enter a user id or a user name is "user.php", no specified directory or anything. So, it should find it.

Give me some details of your installation, and we will resolve this.
