Points not awarded

The problem I have been having has been narrowed down to a custom user title issue. If a user title strays from the standard ladder of titles in the main group (registered users) then the poster does not get awarded any points.

This holds true for Moderators, Administrators or people who have purchased a custom title.

Have you installed any other hacks?

I just can't see this happening as so many others are not having this issue.

The only other hack I have installed was the hack for unregistered people or people not logged in not able to read threads.

Could there be a problem with the database maybe? I am just at a loss here.
