socket_bind ?

ok i have tried to make a php script
that
will open socket on localhost with cretien port

now its will read data i will say like

telnet localhost port (from dos)
then
i will say
bla bla
and its will return
you said : bla bla

thats all
not supuse to be hard
but i got stuck some where

can any1 write it ?

With localhost you mean the server, or the client?
