Link-ID == false, connect failed

I keep getting this mysql error emailed to me on random things in the forum.
Database error in vBulletin :

Link-ID == false, connect failed
mysql error:

mysql error number: 0

What can I do to fix it?

mySQL server overloaded (can't accept further connections, timeout) or unreachable.

It happens to me to :) I have learnt to ignore them :p

You shouldn't accept it, contact your host and find out the cause of the problems and get it fixed ;)
