How to: Create a Template from scratch

Hi all. I'm trying to install a hack that effects the user postbit, and it requires altering the postbit_userinfo template. However, I don't HAVE a postbit_userinfo template I've edited templates before, but I've never made a brand new one. Is it just a matter of creating the template and putting just the code I need in, or is there more to it?

This hack is not compatible with your version of vBulletin.
Template postbit_userinfo existed back in beta versions, but was already removed in the RCs.
So even if you create this template the hack won't work, as it assumes the template to be used (which isn't the case).
