Global Admin Notes

I've seen this requested MANY times, so here it is - Global Admin Notes! :D

This turns the Administrator Notes in the Admin CP in to a global notepad type feature, whereby all admins can read and edit the same notes.. When a new admin is added, they too will automatically see the Administrator Notes in their current form.

If any of your admins still have admin notes stored, it is advisable that they be removed before installing this. No errors should occur, but better safe than sorry.

Each admin had their own Administrator Notes section within the Admin CP.. This mod just turns it into a single notes area - admitedly in a rather sloppy fashion, but it works.

Possibly, but it would require much more modification.

Would you really want mods to be able to control the same notes as admins? Baring in mind that they can edit or delete any note posted there? Personally, I wouldn't.. ;)

I also thought that all admins could see it. Like it was before, it was useless to us. But like this, it will be very useful, especially since my co-admins and I are often on at different times of the day.

Is there anyway not to overwrite the current note section (only you can see your notes) and have this hack as another admin note section where all admins can see them? In other words, make another admin note section but it's global and not individual?

Umm....actually, couldn't you just copy the current admin notes code and duplicate it, then apply the mod to the second admin notes section?

I'm sure its more involved than that, but just a thought.

I'm sure its more involved than that, but just a thought.Essentially, that is all that it would require, though I have no idea how much code for the Administrator Notes there actually is throughout the files in order to copy it..

Any screenshots fo this hack?No screenshots are needed really.. It's just the Admin Notes panel, with each user able to edit a single message instead of having their own area.

Why isn't this set up as the default in vBulletin?

Additionally, it would be useful to have both your own, personal admin notes and a shared "notepad" for all administrators.

I have recently upgraded to vb 3.52 and would like to install the plug in for that version.

How do I uninstall this version? I still have the Administrator Notes showing in the admincp, but the notes are gone and I can not add new notes.

I figure there must be a database quary I have to run.

I would appericate if anyone could help me out.
