If this is in the wrong categfory please move Mods!

Yes I received an email from vbulletin.com about a security flaw and installed the recommended init.php folder without relizing that hacks should be modified

And now my website www.BeautUtes.com is receiving these error messages:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /global.php on line 675

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/functions.php on line 2861

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/functions.php on line 2861

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/functions.php on line 2861

and when logging in:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/comscout/public_html/includes/init.php
Line: 27

Can someone please help me fix this? It is an urgent requirement, so as my members dont leave me! Or lose potential members!

Please DO NOT PM ME! NO PM ACCESS ALLOWED FROM MY WORKPLACE!

I also have one other thing, I need, I have 3 forums and I need someone to upgrade them from vBulletin Version 3.0.3 to vBulletin Version 3.0.5

This is urgent and of course I will pay you for fixing this if required!

Have you tried re-adding all the lines that were added from hacks? Your new file is probably missing them, or quite a bit of them.
