I have read everything and looked over the changes twice everything is just like it says to do ...

but I still have this error

What version of uCS are you using? 095
What is the exact error you recieve? see above
Where does the supposed error happen? on the header of the forum
What vB version are you running? 3.03

Edit includes/init.php. That is the only way to get that error, unless, of course, you never ran the installer.

yes I did... I am going to redo everything and see what I come up with
