How do I change people's e-mail preferences using a query?

I have thousands of members that signed up using a free e-mail service that I used to run. However, that free e-mail has long since expired, giving me thousands of undeliverables every time I e-mail my members.

What query can I run to change someone's e-mail preferences to receive no e-mail if their e-mail address contains "domain.com"?
