SQL Error Please (Urgent Help)!

Users in my discussion board http://www.omdur.com/board are complaining that sometimes they lose their posts when they reply or when they use the quick reply box below. I notice that everytime this happens, I get the following SQL error:

If it continues contasntly contact your host, it is not a vbulletin issue 99.9% of the time.
