bitfield question

I am struggling to restore my who's online. Looking at init.php I noticed that most permissions in the bitfields groups do not have a comma at the end, except for a couple of them. Does that make a difference?

Well, actually it doesn't make a difference.

It's just easier when adding a new bit when there is a comma already.

Speak comparison tools will then just see one changed lines instead of two :)
