Register a new user and upload the tools.php file from the do_not_upload folder to promote him to Admin.
Then, htaccess your admincp and modcp and change your other admins password and make it an undeleteable user in the config file.

hey, thanks for your help. once i've uploaded the tools.php ( which folder does it go in?) --( been away from this for so long),
by htaccess, you mean through my browser?
ie: http://blah blah blah.com/admin/tools.php
maybe you could have a look, and see whats he's done...click on the "Pegboard" link at www.jerrybuilt.com and you'll see what i mean. arrrrgg!!!

I'm not sure, never used it. Try uploading it to your admincp folder

htaccess: http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/htaccess3.shtml

Thanks, but i can't even access my control panel, because the ass has changed my password. i can't administer to anything. i suppose i will need to delete my mysql database at my server, and hopefully restore a back-up. would that work? if the americans don't do it, i'd like to shoot the f***er myself. stupid iraqi f***er!!!

Um... -_-;;

Did you try logging in with phpmyadmin and changing things?

missed this thread - none of what I said has to be done throught the control panel.
