Disable 'Receive Email from Admins' Option

I'm looking to disable/hide this option, thus force all members (specifically all new registrations) to receive all emails from administrators. Thanks in advance.

Just remove the code from the memberoption template.

Will that remove it from the registration process as well?

In the email users section, there is a check to send to members even if they have refused admin email. You can also run a query in the maintenance section. Choose from the drop down..all users receive admin email yes.
