No MAILS to anyone

My forum stop sending mails to any user, just like that, and I have no Idea how to fix it, It hapend onece but it fix itself in an hour, but it bean 2 days and no mails, (reminder and subcription mails).

Talk to your webhost. It's probably a tech-related issue.
