I'm writing a new CMS for my vB3 and I have a few questions....

I am trying to write a CMS that is integrated with VB3 for my site. Upon trying to read the cookies, I found that the hash in the cookie and the hash in the DB do not match. After searching the forums here I found that the hash also includes the vars $salt and $license. Where in VB do I find the vars so I can have my CMS read the VB cookies?
