How to fix it? Please help... isn't there a "Repair.php" , because on Vb2, I used Repair.php to fix Problem like this.

that's not a bug, just that the connection to the DB couldn't be established.
normally a reload solves this.

you may have missconfigured config.php

Either your mysql server is down or the values in config.php are wrong, try contacting your host.
