Server Load

Question. When you check the server load in the admincp and its something like: 8.05 - 5.20 - 6.50 (not exactly) is that how much of a load your forum is putting on the server or is that the actually server load? I am on shared hosting so I am sure there are lots more people on the server. The reason I asked is because I was the only person on the board and got a load like that.

i belive its now. 10 min and 20 min averages.
