I have Installed Shoutbox

I have installed V3 shoutbox in my forum. When I tried to get in I got an error on admincp/index.php on line 769. I put in the original admincp/index.php and the shoutbox works fine. Now heres the problem. I cant log on to adminCP. It allows me to log on and put pass, then the next screen is redirecting me, then BLANK WHITE SCREEN. Anyone got any suggestions on it. DUnno how to get my admin CP back.

PS. why does my chat box work without the mod admincp/index.php file?

Just re-uploaded the Admin CP dir via ftp and it works now. Dunno what the problem was. Any ways Im glad its working,

Question 2: why does this hack work even though I put the original index.php file. Thats weird. I new to php, dunno how and why this works.

The index file in the admin section, is basically what you see when you log into your admin panel.

In the forum folder (root) there is another INDEX.php file which is what you see when viewing the forum ;)

That is why it still works, but you wont have links to the Shoutbox's options in your admincp etc unless you re-apply the changes to admincp/index.php
