was wondering if i could get some help on this, ( i think / hope ) fairly easy issue, probably been gazing at it to long to find a good solution...

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2003/07/7.gif

As you can see i made a top title bar, with the titles forum, posts, threads etc... thoug, when i delete the default bar with the same titles ( wich i want to replace ) the table collapses, and all cells of the tables below ar pushed together ( with the cells as broad as the characters it contains )

how can i remove the default titles, without having the entire table collpse, ive tryd deleting just the text inside the cells and using spacers, but the first resulted in another 'colapse', other one left me with an empty bar under the title image...

thnx in advance

You'll have to give those cells a width. In the forum home section of the temlates, give the level1_post (I think... havn't checked that though!) the cell which contains those a width.

so <td width="25"> or alternativly <td style="width: 25px;">

:)

Thx! I'm gnna check that right now!

I used to have that same problem when i wanted 1 empty rule between the seperate main forums

Forum Title 1
Subforum 1.a
Subforum 1.b
Subforum 1.c

Forum Title 2
Subforum 2.a
Subforum 2.b
Subforum 2.c

will this be fixed this way aswell ?

Hmmm, i'm probably doin something wrong, but I've edited

forumhome_forumbit_level1_post

to get:

<td class="alt2" style="width: 75px;">$forum[replycount]</td>
<td class="alt1" style="width: 75px;">$forum[threadcount]</td>

but it doenst seem to be working :(
