custom bbcode failure

Hi Folks,

I have a customer bbcode called [ tall ] (without the spaces).

All it does is add a 'pre' tag and closes it like '/pre'. But, I keep getting '<br />' added to it which messes up the formatting of the preformat tag.

Any idea how to remove the '<br />' tag just for this custom bbcode?

You can't without hacking.
