Having problem with Vbulletin code

I just installed vbulletin 2.2.9 Everything goes fine except I can not post attachment. Do you guys know what is wrong with the code. How can I modify that?

You need to post this over at vbulletin.com in the official support forum if you have just installed and have not hacked.

aaaaachi, to download hacks and get support you will need to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)
