I am thinking of learning PHP so I can make a custom battle system for my forums and I was wondering, how long would it take to learn fluent php?

kino, to download hacks and get support you will need to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)
Thank you.

He's not even running a vBulletin.

it takes quite a while to learn fluent vb, you'll also need mysql knowledge and then just writing a battle hack will be hard

You're right. He's running phpBB. :)

NOTE: Strictly speaking, all support is only available for licensed vB owners at vB.org.

I would you can learn well structured PHP from Vbulletin, learning it from scratch would be a bit more difficult :cheeky:

Just a little question: So, even for a person like him, who is just asking a general question, will not be able to get support because he does not own/lease a vB?

To download hacks and get support you need to be a licensed vB user.

That is the automated message we use, and that is what it means.
