Hi.

I want to GET the local time of the user that visits my site. I am using this which works but displays the server time.

$date = date("M jS, Y");
$time = date("g:i:s a");
echo "$date<br/>$time<br/>";

basically, i am using date(); to get the time as well, but i want to get local time, i know it has to do with time(); but no luck getting it to work.

also, I am trying to add the total users online to a non vb page, which php file do i include, global? I want the total online, not member/guest.

thanks.

Go here to learn about displaying peoples local time:

http://martin.f2o.org/php/localtime

As for the user online, I dunno :)

I'm actually looking for the code rather than reading a story about. i could look at php.net for it but my eyes hurt reading a zillion lines :P
